Fewr

Count first. Then cut down. A nicotine pouch tracker that never resets on you.

The Problem

Nobody counts these. Which is most of why they add up.

Nicotine pouches are invisible. No smoke, no smell, no stepping outside — so there is no natural moment where you notice how many you've had. Most people who use them have no idea what their real daily number is, and most guess low.

Every quit app assumes you've already decided to quit. They hand you a streak, and the first bad day resets it to zero. For a habit that comes in 3, 6 and 9 mg strengths, “two fewer a day” isn't even a coherent plan.

The Approach

Count first. Then cut down. Nothing ever resets.

Fewr starts with one question — how many do you actually have? — and asks for nothing else. Log a pouch with one tap, from the app, a Home Screen widget, or the Lock Screen. After a week you see the real number: pouches, milligrams, tins, and what it costs a year.

If you want, Fewr builds a plan from that number: nicotine steps down in a straight line, and when cutting count stalls, the plan drops your strength instead. A heavy day is a data point, not a verdict. The plan picks up tomorrow where it left off.

How It Works

Three moments

1

Count for a week

No plan, no target, no account. One tap per pouch. On day seven, Fewr shows you the real number — it's almost always higher than the guess.

2

Pick a pace

Gentle, steady or fast — 14, 10 or 8 weeks. Each shows next week's allowance so the choice is concrete. Then the strength ladder takes you to zero.

3

Have a bad day

Fewr shows the trend surviving it. No streak breaks, no counter goes back to zero. 'Give me an easier day' is always one tap away.

What Makes It Different

Built for the part where you haven't decided yet

🔢

Count Without Committing

A week of counting asks nothing of you but a tap. The decision to cut down comes after the number, not before.

📉

Taper by Strength

Pouches come in 3, 6 and 9 mg. Fewr plans in nicotine, so when count alone stalls, the next rung down is a lighter pouch.

🧊

Nothing Resets

No streaks, no flames, no 'best run'. A heavy day moves the line, not the plan.

⏱️

Three-Minute Hold

A craving timer with a blameless exit. 'I had one anyway' logs it and asks nothing else.

📱

Widgets

Today's ring and a one-tap log button on the Home Screen and Lock Screen — logging without opening the app.

🔒

No Account, No Server

Everything stays on your phone. Nobody sees your number but you.
