This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Interpretation

  • Application refers to RYNG, the software program provided by the Company.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to RYNG.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • First name
  • Apple Sign-In identifier
  • Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Voice and Audio Data

RYNG uses AI-powered voice calls to provide accountability coaching. When You answer a coaching call, Your voice audio is transmitted in real-time to our AI voice provider (ElevenLabs or OpenAI) to enable the conversation. We do not record, store, or retain any audio from these calls. Audio is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the call ends.

Workout Session Data

We collect information about Your workout sessions, including session names, scheduled times, check-in responses (whether You showed up), and streak data. This data is used to personalize Your coaching experience and track Your consistency.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to deliver AI coaching calls, track workout consistency, and manage Your account.
  • To personalize Your experience: Your session data, check-in history, and preferences are used to adapt the AI coach's tone and messaging to Your performance level.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service via Apple Sign-In.
  • To process subscriptions: to manage Your Pro subscription through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store.
  • To contact You: via in-app VoIP calls for coaching sessions and push notifications for check-in reminders.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Session data and check-in history are retained to provide streak tracking and performance insights.

You may delete Your account and all associated data at any time by signing out and contacting us to request data deletion.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. Your data is stored in Firebase with security rules that ensure only You can access Your own data. All communications are encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
